Our Story • Built by Operators

We built the enablement platform we couldn’t find.

We built SalesVault to eliminate the complexity, confusion and bureaucracy around enablement. We exist to empower SMBs with best-in-class enablement tools that actually make deals happen.

THE TRIGGER

Built by folks who have done a lot of sales for a living.

We have lived the stark reality of sales: digging through 10+ Drive folders and devices at 11 PM to hunt down an unbranded pricing guide, answering the same RFP question for the 20th time via Chat, and watching a buyer champion ghost us when the proposal was sent as an inflexible PDF attachment. That enablement wasn’t enabling anyone.

16+Years Carrying Quota

YEARS CARRYING QUOTA

Frontline sales execution across global markets — not armchair sales theory.

4000+Sales Calls and Meetings

SALES CALLs AND MEETINGS

$88mDirect Revenue Delivered

DIRECT REVENUE DELIVERED

Scaled high-velocity ARR through operational rigor and buyer alignment.

THE PROBLEM

Execution gaps lose deals, fast.

Legacy tools are engineered as dashboards for executive inspection, and not ruthlessly focussed on seller productivity and speed. This does not work for fast moving SMBs.

01

Content Chaos

Sales and marketing content is scattered across multiple Google Drives, personal folders, user devices, online URLs, and email threads. No categorization, organization or single source of truth.

02

RFx Black Holes

Deals stall or deadlines are missed while teams manually paste stale answers into spreadsheets. RFx responses take 3–5 days of manual effort and are submitted with no visibility into buyer activity.

03

Endless Buyer Friction

Sending five separate email attachments and waiting for replies kills deal momentum. Buyers want a single interactive, collaborative deal room with automated features that respects their time.

04

Where’s the ROI ?

Sales pitches done without any supporting financial or ROI metrics. Relationship-based sales pushed along on a gut feeling instead of a strict process, invariably runs into objections and rejections.

The global enablement market has two extremes: legacy enterprise platforms built for 500-1000+ sales orgs with six-figure budgets, 2-3 month onboarding timelines and sizeable enablement teams; or single-point solutions that solve only one problem.

There was nothing in the middle — so we built it, a unified, self-serve enablement platform for SMB sales and revenue teams of 2-50 folks who need the capability, but without the overhead. And we built it exclusively for teams on Google Workspace — a platform trusted and used daily by fast moving SMBs.

Our goal
OUR GOAL

Eliminate all friction between a qualified lead and a Closed-Won outcome.

Sales and revenue execution is where deals are won or lost. We exist to make sure every customer-facing SMB team member has the content, buyer environment, and enablement tools needed to close every qualified opportunity, without friction.

Our view
OUR VIEW

"If a product needs multiple discovery and demo calls to be understood, and then 45-90 days with an implementation team to be configured, it's not a product. It's a consulting project."

SalesVault is live the same day you sign up. No discovery calls. No kickoff meetings. No implementation fees. No hidden fees or charges. Just the platform — working from day one for you.

WHAT WE STAND FOR

Our operating principles

Uncompromising standards for how we build, price, and deliver sales and revenue enablement.

01

Self-serve is a fundamental feature, not a constraint.

We build for the team that signs up today and is live today. We build for the frontline folks who move the business forward, not for executive reporting dashboards.

Friction-free daily utility
02

Live where your team already works — Google Workspace

Most tools force sellers out of their native context. We anchor Add-ons inside Google Slides, Docs, Forms and Chat so sellers don’t have to leave their workspace.

Native Google Workspace tools
03

One price per seat = one price per seat. Transparent pricing is respect.

One price per seat. Includes all SalesVault products, tools and features. No platform fees, No tiers. No minimums. No 'Contact Sales for pricing’. For all our customers.

No hidden extras
04

Content without execution is just archival filing. That does not work for sellers.

Having 400 PDF decks means nothing if a seller can’t find the exact content item that answers a buyer query or a procurement security requirement right now.

Instant AI Search
05

The deal room is the demo. The buyer experience is the key.

How you sell signals the quality of your team and solutions. Organized, fast, and elegant buyer experiences build immediate trust and close deals before competitors.

Buyer Enablement
06

AI as your enablement assistant, not a spam bot who needs endless prompts.

We leverage AI to manage and deliver a multi-product, unified and self-serve platform with buyer engagement, signals and insights that drive deals forward.
