Most sales content tools pull you out of your working environment. You stop what you're doing, open a new tab, navigate to the platform, find what you need, take a few hours to build it while scourging around for reference content to read, copy or paste, then try to bring it all together, check and review your work, and then — maybe — resume your original workflow. Multiply that interruption across 5 to 10 moments per day, across entire sales, customer success and account management teams, and you have a significant and invisible tax on overall team productivity. More importantly, you have the root cause of why most content platforms are underused; the unnecessary and time-consuming friction of leaving the environment where the team's core work is actually happening.

SalesVault takes the opposite approach. Instead of building an external platform that sellers are supposed to visit, we have four native Google Workspace Add-ons that bring AI content generation, document creation, form & quiz building, as well as real-time notifications and updates directly into the Google Workspace apps your team is on every single day: Google Slides, Docs, Forms, and Chat.

Each Google Workspace Add-on installs once from the Google Workspace Marketplace and authenticates through your existing Google Workspace SSO and SalesVault account credentials with a single click — no separate login, no new tool to learn, no context-switching required. Here is how each one works, what it is specifically built to do, and why the native Add-on approach produces team adoption behaviour that standalone platforms consistently fail to achieve.

Google Slides Add-on: Full presentations in < 3 minutes

Building multiple pitch decks from scratch is one of the highest-friction tasks in the average seller's week. Finding the right slides from past decks, reconciling different themes and formatting styles, generating custom charts to illustrate specific metrics — each is a multi-step operation that interrupts the actual workflow of preparing for a meeting or a call. The SalesVault Google Slides Add-on compresses that entire process to under three minutes, without ever leaving your Google Slides environment.

1

Open the Add-on panel from inside Google Slides

Install the Add-on once from the Google Workspace Marketplace. After that, it appears in the Extensions menu of every Slides file you open. Click SalesVault for Google Slides™ to open. A panel loads inside Slides — no new tab, no separate window. No context switching.

2

Generate Slides presentation

Search and select any of the 200+ content types in the Add-on, then add or select inputs about your products / solutions and your buyer / customer that will inform and contextually guide SalesVault's AI engine as it builds your presentation. Add reference content and additional instructions (as required). Choose a theme from the 15+ professional themes available — fonts, colors, and backgrounds get applied. Continue to generate, review, edit and refine the Slides preview and different slide layouts. Once ready, click 'Generate' and SalesVault will generate the final full-fledged Slide presentation to you in < 3 minutes.

3

Edit Slides presentation

Whether generated using the SalesVault Google Slides Add-on or directly, you can edit any Slides presentation as broadly or granularly as required using the Add-on. With a few inputs into the Add-on side panel, Salesvault's AI engine will refine the content, context, layouts, font, theme for all Slides, specific Slides or even a single text box. Add additional new content slides, icons or even images from our vast library. Editing a presentation was never this easy or fast.

4

Refit Slides from multiple presentations

To move even faster, sellers can click and pull Slides from one or multiple presentations in their Google Drive, such as slide 7 from the competitive positioning deck, slide 12 from the product overview, and slide 3 from the latest customer case study — all into one presentation, with just a single click. The selection, formatting and organizing of Slides that would normally take a user an hour of switching across multiple presentations happens instantly and automatically.

From 2–3 hours to 3 minutes
Sellers and account managers describe this AI-powered shift plainly: 'What used to take me 2 to 3 hours to put together now takes me around 3 minutes.' That is not a marginal efficiency improvement — it's a structural change in what a single seller can accomplish in a working day. When the cost of time and effort in content generation drops by that magnitude, pulling from approved, on-brand content becomes the path of least resistance rather than the path of maximum effort.

Google Docs Add-on: 40+ document types in < 10 seconds

Slides gets the attention because presentation creation is the most visible part of sales content work. But a meaningful portion of what sales teams produce lives in Google Docs: statements of work, executive briefing documents, security questionnaire responses, battlecards, proposals, onboarding summaries etc. The SalesVault Docs Add-on brings the same AI-powered generation model to document creation, with over 40 document types built for all sales scenarios.

The content generation workflow starts with selecting a document type from the Add-on side panel. Each template is built around the structure and language conventions of that specific document type — so the output is already in the right format and organized around the right sections, not a generic draft that needs to be rewritten from scratch.

Examples of document types in the SalesVault Google Docs Add-on
  • Statement of Work (SOW) — scope, deliverables, timeline, acceptance criteria
  • Executive Briefing Document — situation summary, recommendation, business impact
  • Competitive Battle Card — head-to-head comparison, objection handling, differentiation points
  • Security Questionnaire Response — pre-populated from your Content Hub reference library
  • Mutual Close Plan — milestone list, named owners on both sides, target dates
  • Customer Onboarding Summary — implementation phases, key contacts, success criteria

The Add-on uses reference content from your Content Hub, Google Drive or URLs to populate the document — so a Security Questionnaire Response draws from your approved security documentation rather than generating generic language. The output saves automatically to Google Drive and can be shared immediately as a Content Link for buyer engagement tracking. The full creation-to-share cycle, for a document that previously required 30-60 minutes of research and formatting work, takes < 10 seconds to initiate.

Google Forms Add-on: Form & Quiz Builder in < 30 seconds

Google Forms is a product most sales teams underuse. It is native to Google Workspace, requires no additional tooling, and can solve a real set of operational problems across the sales and customer success motion — pre-event registration, discovery intake forms, post-demo surveys, customer testimonial requests, renewal questionnaires, and loyalty surveys. The friction that prevents most teams from using Google Forms well is not capability — it is Form building time and effort. Building a well-structured Google Form from scratch takes long enough that it usually does not get done.

The SalesVault Forms Add-on eliminates that friction. Select a template from 12+ prebuilt options — Customer, Events, Team and Custom forms — and the Add-on generates a complete, ready-to-send Google Form in < 10 seconds. Each template has a unified panel that collects your inputs and your reference content to reflect your specific products, verticals, and qualifying criteria. The finished Form saves to Drive and is deployed as a standard Google Forms link.

Reducing pre-event admin time by 50%
An event management company described the practical impact of the SalesVault Google Forms Add-on directly: 'SalesVault cut our pre-event admin time in half.' For a business running multiple events per quarter — requiring registration forms, RSVPs, pre-event questionnaires, and post-event feedback collection — the compounded time savings across the full event cycle is significant. This principle also applies to any sales team running loyalty, satisfaction, effort score, churn and win/loss analysis surveys at scale to multiple leads, buyers and customers: the Add-on generates your required Form instantly, with zero manual effort.

Google Chat App: Content, deal and buyer updates without tab-switching

Sales, customer success and account management all basically deal with an attention-management problem as much as a skills problem. Sellers who need to monitor buyer engagement signals, content updates, approval requests, and Deal Room events are forced to either check multiple platforms that their organization uses throughout the day, or miss signals that directly affect deal timing. For all teams on SalesVault, the Google Chat App solves this by routing all priority and important notifications directly into Google Chat — the place most Google Workspace teams are always active on throughout the working day.

Real-time alerts arrive in Chat when a buyer opens a Content Link, when activity happens inside a Deal Room, when an approval is pending, when an ROI Calculator report is downloaded etc. A seller who is always working inside Gmail is notified of a buying signal without opening a new tab. That immediacy has practical consequences: a follow-up message sent within minutes of a buyer engagement with seller content converts differently than one sent 24 hours later after a scheduled check-in. The SalesVault Google Chat App bridges the gap between seeing or noticing a signal and acting on it to practically zero.

Four powerful Google Add-ons. No extra costs.

SalesVault is priced at $60/user/month or $48/user/month (billed annually). Along with every other product, tool and feature in the Content Enablement and Buyer Enablement modules, these 4 Google Workspace Add-ons — Slides, Docs, Forms, and Chat — are also included at that price, with no additional fees for add-on access and no tiered restrictions on which teams can use which tools. Unified and transparent pricing.

All SalesVault Google Add-ons are installed via the Google Workspace Marketplace, are powered by Google Gemini and all content generated stays in your Google Drive and SalesVault Content Hub. Security is enforced at the Google Workspace level — AES-256 encryption, TLS 1.3, and zero-trust authentication through your existing Google Workspace SSO — so there are no separate credentials to manage and no data leaving your Google Workspace environment into any unapproved external environment. For teams already running Google Workspace, the security posture of the SalesVault Google Add-ons is tighter than most standalone platforms, because it inherits and enforces the universal Google security controls your IT team has already configured.

The bottom line

The SalesVault Google Add-on model is a product philosophy, not just a distribution choice. It rests on the observation that sales enablement tools fail most often not because of missing features but because sellers do not use them — and sellers do not use them because the tools live somewhere else. When the tools live inside your Google Slides, Docs, Forms, and Chat, adoption does not require change management or extensive tool training while sellers get instant access to approved, AI-generated, and on-brand content designed to enable and empower higher deal value, volume and velocity.
