No — Content Links can only be generated from your organizational or individual content files synced to your SalesVault Content Hub. This ensures only approved, up-to-date, secure and non-editable content reaches your buyers.
Content Link status, email OTP verification, email domain-specific access restrictions, password protection, expiry dates, external sharing toggles, and download controls. All adjustable and available at a per-Content Link. Can only be accessed by the Content Link creator.
No. Content Links open in any standard web browser. No app, no login, no plugin. Your buyer clicks and sees the content in our custom viewer immediately.
Content Files (Google Drive) → Content Items (Content Hub) → Content Links. Content Links are generated from Content Items (content files synced to the Content Hub). For content files synced from Google Drive (Slides, Docs, MS PPT, MS Word, YouTube video etc.), any update in these content files is reflected in the synced Content Item, which in turn is auto-updated in the Content Link that you shared externally. For content formats such as PDF, Video and Audio files, offline updates are not auto-updated in the shared Content Link.
Engagement metrics are updated in real-time in the Content Links / Content Viewers dashboards (where and in the SalesVault Analytics module — total views, viewers, avg. time spent, likes, comments, downloads — updated as they happen. You also get real-time Notifications in your SalesVault account for each external user (buyer) interaction.
