Sales Enablement

Why SalesVault costs $48 / user / month, when
legacy enablement platforms cost $100-$150

Most SaaS pricing is designed to maximize revenue extraction. Ours is designed to maximize
adoption and value delivery. Here's why those are different — and what we chose.

Every major legacy enterprise sales enablement platform shares one pricing characteristic: you cannot find the pricing numbers on their website. It emerges only after discovery calls, a demo meeting, and/or a commercial conversation. Industry analyst estimates and sales software website benchmarking data put the typical range for core platform access at $100 to $150 per user per month — before implementation fees, connector fees, or module add-ons.

SalesVault is $48 per user per month (billed annually). That covers 10 enablement products (with more coming soon...), no tiers, no feature gating, no implementation project, no minimum seat count and free integrations. The price is on the pricing page at salesvault.ai/pricing.

This 2-3X lower price difference is not a discount — its structural.

Why SalesVault is 2–3 times lower in price: three structural decisions
01
Content Management: Zero storage
Files always stay in your Google Drive. SalesVault parses context and metadata only — zero storage infrastructure.
02
Content Builders: Google Workspace Add-ons
No proprietary presentation, document or forms builder to build, integrate or maintain. Built on Google infrastructure.
03
Google Cloud-native security
Cloud Identity, Cloud Armor, AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit — built on the Google Cloud Platform, not custom-built.

SalesVault is not priced below competitors because it is cutting corners or subsidising growth. It is priced differently because we structurally designed our platform architecture to NOT carry three cost centres that legacy platforms carry. The sections below explain each one.

1. SalesVault does not store your synced content

Legacy platforms copy and store customer content on their own infrastructure — every file, every version, synced from Drive, CRM, and Dropbox to their own servers on AWS or Azure. That storage layer (provisioning, indexing, encryption, backups, the engineering team maintaining all of it) is one of the largest cost centres in a legacy content management SaaS platform. That cost ends up in the customer per-seat price.

SalesVault parses each Drive file for context and metadata — deal stage relevance, content type, buyer persona signals — and uses that index to power AI search and surfacing. The synced files always stay in Google Drive. SalesVault holds the index. The storage infrastructure required to replicate what legacy platforms do does not exist at SalesVault, because SalesVault does not need to have that infrastructure.

No stored content = no storage cost base
Connect your cloud-native content sources and everything becomes searchable in SalesVault by content type, industry vertical, deal stage, products and persona. The operational reality is that there is no storage infrastructure to provision, scale, or secure for customer content. A cost centre that does not exist cannot be passed on to customers.

2. Google Workspace Add-ons instead of proprietary content builders

Legacy platforms built their content creation tools from scratch — proprietary presentation builders, document generators, AI writing assistants — and have been building and maintaining them for years. Every tool required an engineering team to build, a security team to audit, and ongoing work to stay compatible with browser and OS updates. That development cost is embedded in their per-seat pricing.

SalesVault builds Google Workspace Add-ons instead: native extensions of Google Slides, Docs, Forms, and Chat. The Slides Add-on builds a full branded presentation in under 3 minutes from inside Slides. The Docs Add-on generates 40+ document types in under 10 seconds. The Forms Add-on generates AI-powered forms, surveys and quizzes for any use case in minutes. The Chat Add-on delivers real-time deal notifications, intelligence, updates and signals.

SalesVault decided to leverage Google infrastructure that already exists rather than duplicating it. The development cost of building a parallel content creation layer, the maintenance cost of keeping it current, and the security audit cost of certifying it — none of those exist for SalesVault. Your team also gets a zero-learning-curve experience: the AI capability lives where the work already happens, in your Google Workspace environment.

3. Google Cloud-native security instead of a proprietary stack

Legacy platforms built their own identity management systems, compliance frameworks, and security posture across a mix of cloud providers and third-party tooling. That accumulated infrastructure — security engineers, certification cycles, penetration testing, data residency tooling — is expensive to build and more expensive to maintain. It doesn't appear as a line item but for sure sits in the customer per-seat price.

SalesVault runs natively on Google Cloud Platform and inherits Google's unified security infrastructure. Authentication runs through Google Cloud Identity — customers use the Google Workspace account they already have. DDoS protection comes from Cloud Armor. Encryption at rest is AES-256; in transit, TLS 1.3 — applied by Google's infrastructure layer, not by SalesVault engineering.

Google Cloud Platform anchors our security posture — not custom built
  • ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certified data centres: Google Cloud certifications apply to services running on GCP
  • FedRAMP-authorized infrastructure at the GCP platform level
  • AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit: applied by Google's storage and network layer automatically
  • Google Cloud Identity for IAM: existing Workspace SSO — no separate login system, no additional credential surface
  • Google Cloud Armor: network-level DDoS protection and security policy enforcement
  • GDPR data processing agreements and regional data residency: EU, UK, AU markets covered by Google's existing frameworks
  • Zero-trust architecture: access governed by Google's identity verification at every request

Building this security posture independently would require years of engineering investment and ongoing certification costs. SalesVault does not carry that cost because Google already built it. The security posture is inherited, not custom-built.

No implementation project required. Sign up, connect your content sources, and the full SalesVault platform is available the same day. 10-day free trial, full access, no credit card. Available globally in all major markets.

  • Content Links: Secure and trackable shared links with real-time buyer engagement analytics — time, views, viewers, likes, comments, downloads etc.
  • Google Slides Add-on: AI Slides Builder, with full branded presentations in < 3 minutes generated directly inside the Google Slides interface.
  • Google Docs Add-on: AI Docs Builder, with full branded documents in < 10 seconds generated directly inside the Google Docs interface.
  • Google Forms Add-on: AI Form and Quiz Builder, with fully deployable intelligent forms, surveys and quizzes for all stakeholders in <2 minutes.
  • AI Sales Proposals: Generate and deploy precise and accurate AI-powered RFx responses (RFP/RFQ/RFI/Questionnaire) in <5 minutes.

  • AI Value Calculators: Interactive and adjustable ROI / TCO models generated in <5 minutes for buyers on a deal, with downloadable reports.

The bottom line

SalesVault costs $48 per user per month because it does not store synced customer content, does not build proprietary non-native content generation tools, and does not build a custom security and identity management stack. Each decision we took has removed a cost centre that legacy enablement platforms carry to this day. The removal of those cost centres is what makes offering a $48 price point structurally viable for a 10+ product AI enablement platform. If the pricing conversation for any other platform in the enablement category requires more than a visit to their pricing page, that tells you something about how their commercial model is built — and who it was built for.
